Change "youth" to "early childhood."

First (1938) top-down ride in a Cord introduced

pj to new word, "supercharger." Reward for

being `brave` was a double-scoop of

Tootie-Fruity ice cream in a waffle cone.

Never got to enjoy the delights of the Bearcat

did spend some time crawling around Reo trucks

though.

Old man Cord went on from cars to broadcasting,

founding KFAC. The initials stood for Fulton -

Auburn - Cord. No clue as to a marque named Fulton.

Any of you guys ever play with one of these?

It`s an Auterra Dyno Scan, which is an OBD II scanner that plugs into a

Palm. Gives you all kinds of info including output numbers (HP, Torque,

etc), pretty graphs, Mileage, timing info, bla, bla. Most importantly to

me, it reads trouble codes and lets you clear them. My Infinity keeps

setting the same stupid cat efficiency code and I keep needing to clear it.

I could take the car to the dealer and have them download the latest

software into the computer (the TSB says that will fix the problem) but I`ve

heard that the new download effects the drivability and neuters the car a

bit. What do you guys that know about OBD think about the Auterra?

You guys gotta see this thing. This is a must buy for any motorhead that

owns a Palm PDA. You can even get 0-60 times with this puppy. Obviously,

it won`t do everything that the Hyper will do, but still... Check the web

site (I`m downloading the eval software right now)

Touched down this afternoon in Atlanta Georgia. I’m here for this weekend’s Obsession Fest at the Atlanta Dragway hosted by Obesssion Car Club. I went right to work and shot Edgar’s 64 Impala from Obsession Car Club. Stay tuned for more updates throughout the weekend!

I shot this on the way to the photoshoot.

One of the outakes from the photoshoot.
